This Privacy Policy explains how Regle, Inc. (“Regle,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you. This Privacy Policy applies when you use our websites (collectively, our “Website”), contact our customer service team, or engage with us on social media. The Website is directed towards our customers and potential customers. It should not be used for personal, family, or household purposes. Accordingly, we treat all information covered by this Privacy Policy as pertaining to individuals acting as business representatives, rather than in their personal capacity.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to our business customers’ data that we process through our DevOps platform. We handle that information in our role as a service provider/processor on behalf of and pursuant to our agreements with our business customers.

To the extent Regle processes information that cannot reasonably be linked to or associated with any of Regle’s customers or any individual (“Deidentified Data”), Regle will (a) take reasonable measures to ensure the Deidentified Data cannot be associated with a individual and (b) maintain and use Deidentified Data in deidentified form and not attempt to reidentify Deidentified Data except for assessing the sufficiency of the deidentification process.
